Failed after about 200 miles

I bought this and didn't install it until the return period was closed. I installed it, cleared the code and drove the truck about 200 miles with no problems. Since then the check engine light has come on again and the truck has the same problems as before. Don't buy this junk, it just doesn't work for you.
