Tired of the bottom of the shirt always protruding, I invested in this shirt. I love it. My shirt has never slipped since I started using it. I cut a length about 3 inches longer than where the pin slips to the other side of the belt. I figured out the length I liked before trimming off the excess and then I took a red felt tip pen and traced the hole which I decided was a correct fit. Pulling on the extra length of strap lengthens the holes, making it easier to insert the pen. I also rub a very, very small amount of petroleum jelly into the pin and it slides right into the hole (imagine). I mount the strap with the ribs inward to make it easier to tension the strap and insert the brace, and then roll the strap down so the ribs are sticking out. Additional ribs are inserted into the holes in the outer layer of the belt. The strap stays in place even when you're on an incline and the bottom of the shirt stays neatly tucked away. I had to use this strap years ago. You don't even wear it. Great idea.
