The belt is very thick and I thought it would last longer, but I was wrong. The hole I used broke off after about 10-15 uses. The tear occurred when the strap was removed rather than put on. I believe this is due to the thickness of the strap not allowing the rubber to stretch easily. I still wear the belt, just use a different hole and pull the elastic over the button very carefully.

I've been using shirt straps to tuck my uniform shirt in for almost 20 years and I've never seen anything like it. The elastic is too thick, easily three times thicker than other shirt straps I've used. The button head at the end of the belt cannot be pushed through the center hole, the rubber is too thick and inflexible. I never managed to close it so I never wore it but I can't imagine it being comfortable. I returned it. I do not recommend this one!

I've used clips to attach the shirt to the socks, shirt to the waist loops, and waist belt to the bottom button and it was the easiest and most reliable way to tuck away shirts. A few things to keep in mind when using this product: (1) The elastic must be elastic or the stickiness that helps hold the shirt will be lost. Don't know if it works or not. Firstly, it's really thick, so I think it adds enough volume to your waist that the pants may not fit, or it will be very uncomfortable. Anyway, I'll never know. There was no way to put the rivet through any hole, so there was no way to secure it. It's meant to be flexible and once you've attached it, it'll be easy next time.
