I initially reviewed this purchase before my trip and gave it only 3 stars because the bag is almost impossible to get it back inside the storage case, which was disappointing. Well, forget that feature - it just doesn't work - but nonetheless IT IS A GREAT BAG! We recently returned from a month's trip to Europe and this bag was indispensable! I had taken it as just an extra shopping tote, not sure I would ever even use it, and I had a larger duffle as my carry-on. This bag was so much tougher than the duffle that I started using it as my carry-on and all purpose bag. It even has a really cool sleeve on the back where you can put the handle of a wheelie though it and hold the bags together as you tool throughout the airport. Amazed that more bags don't have this feature. I could stuff this bag really full and the zippers held just fine. Even stuffed, I had no problems taking it as carry on with Europe's notoriously space-stingy carriers. I ended up absolutely loving this bag and still use it now for various purposes that I am home from my trip. It is my new weekender bag. If the storage case was a little bigger, it would have 5 stars instead of 4. Please Biaggi, just make the storage case a reasonable size because you have a winner here.
