This item arrived on time and was securely packaged. All parts were present, not scratched, cracked or bent. These lights were purchased for my husband's men's bike. At first he thought the tail light was too small and covered by the seat, but that wasn't the case at all. It is easy to assemble and attach to the bike; The taillight is a little tricky to open however, just grab and lift it and it will pop open allowing you to put your batteries in which are NOT included. It also has a very quick release so you can take the headlight with you when parking. We tested it at night and the flashing light is very visible from almost three blocks away. The headlight is very bright, so there's no reason the car shouldn't see you. I want to emphasize; However, my rating is based on the fact that I am in an area that has no artificial lighting at night. Therefore, in near total darkness, the lights appear brighter than in a city apartment. I have no complaints. My husband has been riding his bike every day since we bought the lights and the lights are still securely attached to the bike even after riding a few bumps, hills and dirt roads. Perhaps the thicker rubber plays a role in keeping it from falling off like the others. Overall I am happy with my purchase.
