Broken into pieces upon receipt

The product came in a whole box, but inside it broke into a million small pieces. I can conclude that it is not durable at all. Not recommended

Glass teapots with lids and an infuser with very small holes help to brew tea quickly and easily. Thermally insulated handle. With detachable brewing device, made of 304 food grade stainless steel, very safe and easy to clean.
