I was expecting an affordable lightweight camping kit to be small and not quite perfect but overall it seems very fit for purpose and worth the price. I will give a full initial review before using and hope to update later, but 3 things were not as pictured. Carrying Case: Personally, my only significant and unexpected complaint so far is that the holdall feels very thin and not the half mesh style that was pictured. The bag pictured was half mesh to allow airflow for things that were drying if not 100% dry when packed, which was a big reason I chose this set - the fact that it was fragile and fully enclosed Was disappointed me as soon as I opened the box. Although the bag leaves a bit more room if you want to add something - like the bonus foldable bucker that fits nicely, although the foldable water jug doesn't. Cookware: Generally looks good but isn't very durable so be careful not to crush/hit/scratch. Pots and Pans: They seem to be enough for 2 people but can be a bit small to cook for 4 people. The handles don't snap or snap and it feels a little light to slide/swing. Since these are two hands, it seems they could somehow connect for more security. The handle/knob of both pot lids was a little loose and had to be hand tightened, just beware if this happens repeatedly or gets worse over time - don't want them falling off/breaking, especially during use! The review doesn't say they had vented/filtered lids - and they don't, but I kind of hoped they did, and it seems silly that they didn't. - Kettle: The lid is vented, but the handle of the kettle is not fully insulated as shown in the picture, and the insulated part feels a little small for an adult hand. and simply prove to be an ineffective compromise. As a plate, there isn't enough flat space to be an efficient plate that you can cut through with a knife and fork. Like a bowl, it's not deep enough to hold much and it looks like a simple dip could result in something very liquid splashing right over the rim. They can serve as a bowl for some things (especially thick/sticky ones) like oatmeal, eggs, rice, beans, a small salad (non-dairy oatmeal maybe?) but not soup, stew, cereal with milk. As a plate, it seems suitable for a hamburger, pre-cut chunks of meat, maybe a hot dog - but you don't need to cut anything with a knife and fork either - there just isn't enough flat surface. **Note**: I ordered a set of 4 8" flat stainless steel baby plates separately and they fit perfectly between the pot and pan: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PJ57NLB/ref= ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s01 ?ie =UTF8&psc=1 -- Cups: Small as expected, you'll need to refill them often if you drink a lot, but they pack well and seem sturdy. -- Insulating silicone cup protectors had three problems. First, they just don't cover enough to be very effective. Unless you're holding the cup with just three fingers, you'll end up touching the metal - I don't really care as I don't expect to drink hot. Things from everyone as often (we're planning something separately for coffee/soup). Secondly, they are presented in four colors (blue, red, yellow-green and grey), which seems handy in order not to confuse which cup belongs to whom, but we end up with two of the same color (two yellow-green and no grey). ). general). Finally, the insulating silicone pads on the cups are a little tedious to put on and take off, and it seems silly that they aren't designed to be stored with the pads (you have to take them all off to tie them together and such). ). them in the top cup). - Folding cutlery: Surprisingly decent. Please note that they have a lock to prevent them from collapsing during use. The spoon doesn't hold much and works best with solid/sticky stuff, but the knife has a pretty decent edge for something like that. The size is not perfect, but it is suitable for a travel kit and suitable for adults and children, making them suitable for all ages. Each set comes in its own little velcro pouch, which seems useful to ensure they don't scratch the non-stick cookware when packing, and they store well - I pop three sets into a kettle beforehand pretty easily I refill it. Cups. **Note**: You may wish to bring plastic cutlery and/or cooking utensils to avoid scratching the non-stick coating of the cookware. I was afraid it would be difficult to fit back in, but it works pretty well. It's not that big, but it seems enough for various purposes, e.g. B. for washing hands, washing dishes, collecting/carrying water, using as a small open ice-filled cooler. - Collapsible Water Pitcher: **NOTE**: Unscrew/remove the faucet before attempting to invert it - when fully sealed/wrapped it is sealed and may break when pulled. Based on other reviews I was expecting it to be thinner than it looks. Of course it's not very durable but with careful handling I think it will be ok for a while but things like this won't last forever. Some reviews have said it leaks from the spigot and is unstable allowing it to roll/fall. I suggest that when it's full you leave the spigot up and turn it upside down to use, or store it on the floor or secure between other things. .
