The set contains so many parts that it is difficult to give an overall rating. The pots and kettle boil water very quickly and easily. The kettle squirts a bit when pouring, but not enough to be usable. The pan is definitely non-stick coated. I made the mistake of cooking scrambled eggs on it. This is a good set for your backpack for single use (lose the extra bag, don't need it). Advantages: Light weight. If you like instant coffee or tea the kettle and cups are nice to have. The handles on the pots and pans are strong and do the job. Utensils are useful.
