Would 100% buy again. Bought on July 4th. Usually my little dog lies under the bed all day, the big dog barricades himself in the closet and my dog barks non-stop when the fireworks go off. We put them on at night before bed for a couple of weeks so they get used to it. There are fireworks outside and all three of my dogs are asleep! (We also have TV volume). I should have bought them years ago! If your dog is between sizes, choose the smaller size as they stretch well and the velcro is strong.
