This is by far the best eyeshadow primer I've ever used and I'll tell you why! I'm allergic to most eyeliners. There are literally two brands of eyeliner that I can use without burning or itching my eyes. Because of this, I got used to raccoon eyes and figured I would have to spend the rest of my life constantly touching up my eyeliner and swiping under my eyes all day. I've probably tried all sorts of primers, high and low. I've never been impressed. This foundation is amazing! Not only does my eyeshadow look great all day, my eyeliner doesn't move either! General! All day! I just found my holy grail primer and liquid eyeliner solution!
