Great popover pan! for kitchen and dining room

I've been making popovers occasionally for over 20 years, but all previous muffin tins and special popover tins have lost their luster. Buttering the sides and sprinkling them with flour to keep them from sticking didn't help. All nonstick cookware has developed stumbling blocks - some from abuse, to be honest, and some simply from regular wear and tear. I haven't had a pop-up pan for a number of years because the latter has lost its non-stick properties after only a dozen uses or so, despite being hand cleaned and removing anything that could possibly scratch it. I looked at the reviews of this pan before buying it as it is more expensive than any other pan I have bought so far. They look a little different than the popovers on my previous pans and I had to add a few minutes to the cook time due to the sturdy construction, but the popovers come out great, with large bowls filled with batter. , ready for oil. I bring some jam into the house when a guest comes and wants to eat it. My roommate placed some quarter sheet pans on top of my new covered skillet, and somehow a notch appeared in the surface the size and shape of a steel skillet. coated nail. A small notch didn't affect my popovers, for which I'm very grateful. Cleaning is easy, just a little soap in each cup, some warm water and a microfiber cloth. The frame is easy to wipe clean so that no burnt drips remain on it. I've made quite a few portions since the skillet arrived and my daughter joined my wife and our roommate in saying that popovers are delicious. I'm ordering a second bowl!
