Makes nice pop-ups

So far it has produced nice pop-ups and published them effortlessly. Having issues with aging popovers, I'm a little skeptical about their durability, but fingers crossed. It would be great to have a US made popover pan that keeps its non-stick properties forever. If I'm dissatisfied with it in the future, I'll update my review.

Great frying pan! in the kitchen and dining area

I was taking classes at Sir La's school and was hoping to buy the frying pan we used in class but they weren't their brand. I looked online and saw this one. This is exactly the pan I was looking for. I'm not sure if they've made them for table service in the past, but this particular pan is amazing. If well oiled and heated before pouring in the popover batter, the popovers will rise to the top and cook evenly with no problems lifting.

  • Great for me

Much better than the ones we bought in Bar Harbor

We originally bought the pan in Bar Harbor after trying it for the first time while on vacation. My wife decided to upgrade some of her pans so she went with this one which has more dual use options. Tried this over the weekend and the popovers came out much more formed and popped out of the pan (no pun intended) without leaving any marks. The frying pan is easy to clean.

  • Large selection

Best quality baking trays

I have baked almost all brands on the market; for commercial and home use. This brand is superior to all others. They don't warp or rust. Easy to clean. I've used mine for many years and they are as good as new. I hand wash and dry them immediately, then lay down a towel to make sure they're dry. I buy knowing they are made in the USA and not have to worry about a recall a few months later. My only complaint is that I couldn't buy these sixty years ago

Best for easy removal in kitchen and dining room

The previous frying pan started to stick badly even when I smeared it with oil or grease before use. I used a small amount of oil on the bottom of this pan. before pouring the mixture. But I started to poke a little to the right in the corners. Instead, I added a small amount of PAM to the pan. Doesn't matter. This pan now releases all popovers without stickiness. I am very happy that after a few months of use I can turn the pan over and the popovers fall out. I really like this product and…

My first successful popovers!

My mom made popovers when I was a kid. I still have her pot, but it's over 50 years old. Needless to say, things stick to it like glue. My last attempt at making popovers in my mom's old skillet ended in disaster. My new USA-PAN pan cost more than I wanted to spend, but it's well made and doesn't burn at all! I made the perfect amount of popovers on the first try. They fell out of the pan without resistance. And the pan was very easy to hand wash. I used some oil to grease the pan, but it might

Reliable kitchen and dining pan

I had to throw away a Chicago Metallic pan that served me well for several years before the coating wore off. I wanted a pan that was free of known carcinogens and made entirely of solid metal. I was hoping to find cast iron, but this skillet caught my attention as it was made in the US in nearby Steel City, and it was the first one that sold me. The design features seemed well thought out and the fact that it is coated PTFE, PFOA and BPA free. I just finished my first batch of paleo popovers…

EXCELLENT POPOVER! for kitchen and dining room

Wow! Perfect popovers! I've been making popovers for years, but I recently switched from regular oil to olive oil and my popovers have failed. So I found an olive oil popover recipe and bought this pan. And tonight I'm here to tell you that my popovers were a hit! A few things I don't like - the popover pan shouldn't be in the oven at over 400C, and I usually bake my popovers at 450C. . So I got a recipe that works for 400° and they were fine. I'm a fan of Pam cooking spray, but the literature…

Great popover pan! for kitchen and dining room

I've been making popovers occasionally for over 20 years, but all previous muffin tins and special popover tins have lost their luster. Buttering the sides and sprinkling them with flour to keep them from sticking didn't help. All nonstick cookware has developed stumbling blocks - some from abuse, to be honest, and some simply from regular wear and tear. I haven't had a pop-up pan for a number of years because the latter has lost its non-stick properties after only a dozen uses or so, despite…
