Wow! Perfect popovers! I've been making popovers for years, but I recently switched from regular oil to olive oil and my popovers have failed. So I found an olive oil popover recipe and bought this pan. And tonight I'm here to tell you that my popovers were a hit! A few things I don't like - the popover pan shouldn't be in the oven at over 400C, and I usually bake my popovers at 450C. . So I got a recipe that works for 400Β° and they were fine. I'm a fan of Pam cooking spray, but the literature on this pan says you shouldn't use Pam. That's why I used Crisco. However. I'm also a big fan of my dishwasher and the literature says it's not dishwasher safe. It's a bit of a shame, but the popovers are great and worth hand washing. I'm one of the lucky customers!
