This is a good basic tool set for jewelry making beginners.

A good basic tool kit for beginners in jewelry making. The ring mandrel is called stainless steel but is actually aluminum and has grooves on both sides. Still a good mandrel, but if you want a smooth, round mandrel this is not an option. The ring size is plastic but good quality with US and European size markings.

Pros

The ring gauge has 37 sizes, sizes 1-15 are laser engraved on each mandrel. Ideal for any type of ring fitting.

The sizing rings for fingers are flimsy but the other two pieces work quite well.
