So, I bought two - one for me and one for my cats. Overall, it's a great little tool.Here's what I like about it for me: doesn't tangle in my hair, feels really good, helps me get my hair super clean and seems to reduce the amount of hair loss I have going on. Not sure if that's just psychological, but I do feel like less hair is coming out in the shower after using it every other day for several weeks. It's also really great for applying clenditioner, in particular - so if you're someone who uses one of the color depositing conditioner products (e.g., Overtone, Keracolor etc.), it's a great way to really get it worked throughout your hair without staining your hands.Here's what I LOVE about it for my cats: I cannot underscore just how much they both looooove this thing. One of my cats has dandruff, and this has really helped to break up and remove the dry skin (although warning: if you have a cat with similar skin issues, when you first use it, it's gonna get messy). The other has long hair that gets tangled in other brushes, and this works well to give him a nice brushing without hurting. And they go absolutely bonkers over it - they'll fight each other to get to my lap and get me to use it. I have never seen either of my cats enjoy being "brushed" as much as when I use this.Only con: My hands are pretty small and this feels small to me. In the shower, since I can't quite get my hand completely "in" the grip, it can get a little slippery. I imagine if you had normal size hands (and no joke, I have child size hands) it might be hard to hold. Otherwise no complaints.
