I like how easy it is for new hires or employees who are not familiar with your organization's policies/benefits package (or lack thereof) to access this information without having to contact HR directly--it saves time! For me there isn't anything that really needs improvement at this point in its life cycle but would be interested if anyone else can think of something they'd still love from them.
They have been very responsive over email so far as well which has also helped our transition process along quite nicely since we started using their service about 18 months ago :) Have used other services during my career such as ZenDesk and ADP where sometimes things don't work out and when working remotely those systems seemed clunky even though some may say otherwise now because everything seems "cloud-based" haha. We use BlisBook mainly for onboarding purposes only.
