I like how easy it is for new hires or employees who are not familiar with your organization's policies/benefits package (or lack thereof) to access this information without having to contact HR directly--it saves time! For me there isn't anything that really needs improvement at this point in its life cycle but would be interested if anyone else can think of something they'd still love from them. The best feature is "automation." Once my employees put in their information I can email them reminders of things like training sessions or upcoming events that are already scheduled for later dates. I like the fact that everything is in one place! It's great for our HR department to be able to pull up all of their policies at once rather than having to do multiple searches for different policies. There aren't many functions or programs that are user-friendly, but we're slowly improving that through new software updates as well as with better training for the support team.
