The best feature is "automation." Once my employees put in their information I can email them reminders of things like training sessions or upcoming events that are already scheduled for later dates. It's also easy creating new courses within our organization so we don't have duplicate material created across different departments at work with other software systems.- Automating all tasks related to HR-related documents (emails/letters)- Allowing users from multiple locations access this website via mobile apps (iOS & Android). It is easy for my team members as well me since I am not tech savvy at all! The layout of this software makes it very user-friendly so anyone can use easily in their organization without any training or help from technical people who are experienced with these kinds of tools like Asana etc.. This tool has given us freedom which we have never had before using other softwares such as Slack/Asankaetc...
