After a few months of minimal use (only about 200 shots taken with the camera) I have not been able to charge the batteries via the AC adapter from a wall outlet or a USB port to my laptop. The charging indicator does not light up. I tried changing the batteries but the problem persists. I tried contacting Sony support and they provided minimal assistance other than a recommendation to try other batteries. This was very frustrating as I liked the quality of the camera but now I can't use it to charge my batteries. A micro USB port shouldn't slow down after so little use. I have only connected the cable to it less than 5 times.
