Not as described. The arm is described as mobile and flexible - this is only true under great exertion and pressure. The nail bed is deep, allowing for easy insertion of the acrylic nail, but also requires the use of glue, otherwise the nail will not stay in place. The two reasons these devices tempted me to buy are the same reasons I am returning them.
