Compared to Torchstar these lights have a higher quality junction box. The metal material is shinier and slightly darker around the edges, making you less likely to cut yourself. Advantage: Hycality. The cable lock mechanism is more difficult to connect but more secure. Torchstar flashlights have a better box, but they end up throwing it away. The only nice thing Torchstar has is a simple paper template. to tell you the size to cut. You could do it yourself, but it was very helpful. Luckily I saved some of these to use with the Hykolity lamps. After all, both are very bright. I would choose the cheapest set.
