I bought this after being recommended another brand. Well after reading the reviews I was so excited that I bought 5 packs of these. That's 60 lights for those who can't count. Well the first 4 were installed and going to power up and lo and behold 1 out of 4 didn't work. After testing, this is the lightbulb itself. So I only have 4 of 60 of these and a 25% bounce rate. The product is easy to install. You are bright enough. I recommend for a non-contact application, which means the light fixture and junction box don't come into contact with the insulation. I bought 12 of these lights to try. They were bright and not too bad to plug in. I already had the 12-2 wiring from previous lights and it was too big for the nuts that came with it and barely fit in the junction box. I used the new 14-2 for the second half of the 12th and it was better. I liked them so much I bought a second pack of 12. The 2nd pack of 12 seemed cheap compared to the first of 12. I liked these lights! EZ for installation. Posting was a breeze. Easily installed in a drywall ceiling. I had no issues with the springs as they are strong enough and have enough tension to hold the light securely in place. The overall quality of the entire product and packaging was very good to excellent. There are absolutely no questions or complaints about the quality. Being very thin is a big plus! (latest) UPDATE: The company has replaced the entire set of 12 bulbs. We hired an electrician to install all 12. In less than 3 months 2 lights went out. While we appreciate the customer service, the lights are just awful and now I have to buy 12 more lights and pay hundreds more to an electrician to install them... and then attach the drywall to the ceiling.
