This boys garment is perfect for very cold weather. This is manufactured by TINFL by Vaenait and is called "Thermal Underwear" or "Base Layer" which can be worn under normal clothing. It's made of 94% polyester and 6% polyurethane, designed in Korea and made in Vietnam. It should be washed before wearing. This upper and lower block should fit snugly to improve the body's heat retention. Also, it is NOT flame retardant so should not be worn near or near open flames. The top has a crew neck and is a pullover with fitted sleeves and cuffs at the wrists. The bottom has a crotch opening for easy handling in the bathroom, a wide waistband and ankle cuffs. The fabric is soft and brushed on the inside and smooth on the outside. It is easy to wash and dry.
