I have replaced my 12v trailer sockets with new 12v sockets plus USB 3.0. The sockets are great, but the wires they send out are really too small for 10A circuits. During testing I had a 12V 6.3A device that stuttered and stalled due to the wires . After replacing them with my own heavier wires on my own circuit with a 10A fuse, everything worked with no problems. I also had to buy some M/F connectors. In the end I am happy with both the 12V sockets and the USB. Just be careful with the flimsy wires they send along.
