I normally don't write reviews, but these sunglasses deserve praise.During my forty-four years in uniform I exclusively wore American Optical aviators. Wonderful glasses. However, to celebrate recent successful bilateral eye surgery I splurged on a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses ($261). They're terrific. Then, looking for a less expensive back-up pair I stumbled on Sungait. I wouldn't have bought the M. Jim glasses if I had found these first. The Sungaits are lightweight, but not cheap feeling, nor cheap looking. Spring temples hold just right. The polarization is perfect. The price and warranty are wonderful, too. Sooo, I bought a second pair of Sungaits, different model, same results. Couldn't be happier.Suggestion: I always make sure the temple screws are tight (no matter the brand) then put a drop of clear fingernail polish on each of them. They're easy enough to remove if you have to. Haven't lost a temple screw in 4 decades of hard use. (Don't use industrial thread locker, and don't get the lacquer on the frame finish or the lenses.)
