They are beautiful in the picture they are still beautiful but look cheaper in real life there is only one layer of blue tulle so we will buy petticoats to match that to withstand and be swollen. like in the picture, i also had to patch them around the arms, the tip was a bit stretched or something. So it has to be sewn. But it's just a cute dress. It looks better in the picture :/
