Worked great. Unfortunately

Worked great. Unfortunately, the car was smashed up a month later. Luckily nobody was there at the time. Seems to have done its job. Sensor, we hardly knew you, but in the short time we were together we really liked you.

Lambda sensor CRV 2005

Bought an O2 sensor for my wife's 2005 Honda CR-V that refuses to die. The sensor was cheaper here than at rockauto (at least at the time of purchase). Came pre-applied with anti-seize. Easy 5 minute job and no more checking the engine lightbulb

Good buy: Electrical

Denson is the OEM supplier of O2 sensors for Honda, I've read. The engine light came on and I had an O2 sensor error code. I read on another site that the top and bottom sensors should be replaced at the same time, which is what I did. I am happy with this purchase and recommend using an anti-seize lubricant when installing.

Be sure to check the part number on the Denso website

I trusted Revain that it was the correct part for my car but when it arrived I found it was the wrong connector (male instead of female ). Should have checked before installation. . . and didn't find the problem until I hooked it up, doh! (Lesson learned). Be sure to visit the Denso website to confirm the part number before ordering.

Unfazed Electrician Item

You have a 2006 Honda Element and the check engine light came on The auto parts store hooked up a scan tool and pulled code P1157. Checked forums that said it was an A/F ratio sensor and NOT a regular universal O2 sensor and was pre-catalyst. Bought this sensor. It arrived quickly. Took out the old one and replaced it in less than 5 minutes! To be honest I think the old sensor was removed or replaced before we bought the car because it turned out to be very easy (which is a bit unusual). Reset…

It's pretty easy to change yourself. Save about $700 per hour worked.

It was easy to replace if you bought a special key that removes the old one and installs the new one. The Honda shop asked $850 to change that. Took me less than an hour including the time to jack up the car and get the car off. There is a triangular bracket that holds the cables in place. The bracket is attached to the bottom of the body with a screw. My advice is to remove the whole thing (air/fuel sensor, O2 sensor and bracket) and then swap out the sensors and bracket. The clips on the…

Elements 2011 Caution

This has never worked on my 2011 Honda Element. I get error code P2A00. I had replaced the first sensor but even replacing it gave the same error. Yes, I tried to clear the error code with an ODBII scanner, but after a while the error code came back. After I reinstalled the original factory sensor, the error code no longer appeared after removing it with an ODBII scanner. I've had bad gas usage and after researching I found that O2 sensors fail over time causing bad gas. mileage. Since I had…

So far it's top notch

Seems to be accurate down to the color (even comes with thread protector and copper anti-seize). Installed in 5 minutes, reset the codes and didn't return (there was a P0135 code). On the Honda Element, this is ONLY for the front (grey) O2 sensor (AF mixture sensor). So far, so good. I will change my rating if anything changes, but it knocked it out of the park on day one. Much better than paying $300 for parts and labor at a store. Update day 2: drove to work today, after about 60 km drive the

OE quality replacement parts

Fits snugly on 2006 Honda CRV. The connector was the same as the original connector, unlike some generic sensors that need to reuse the old connector. Contains a small tube of anti-seize compound. Compare to Honda branded parts at $300 MSRP, up to $215 off. You can probably find a cheaper one, but Denso is the OEM for most of these things on Japanese cars. ATTENTION! This is the front A/F sensor, sometimes referred to as the main O2 sensor. This is probably the one that failed (read the codes).
