Beware of snake oil
No idea why it didn't work. Before applying PR-10000, the chemical composition of the pool was checked and ensured. instructions followed. The phosphate levels before use were above 2280 ppb. Wow! The phosphate level after a "maximum" dose was 2140 ppb. The?!?! A few days later they checked again just to be sure and again at 2246 ppb.
