This is the second pair I've bought from Sucream. My first pair was the same model and was ordered 18 months ago and it worked great. My original pair was worn out so I ordered a backup. However, my first pair lasted longer than expected. I've worn a new pair around my house on the carpet several times to blow them in from the moment I received them. The first time I wore them to play basketball, the right shoe was torn an inch + torn at the seam near the ball of the foot. The 30 day return period had expired, Sucream made it clear there was nothing they could do. While I understand the rules, it would be nice to offer at least some sort of discount on a future purchase. I do not recommend doing business with Sucream.
