Bought this toy for my 2 year old

I found this toy while looking for lace beads and I'm so glad I found it! In addition to tying up the fish, we can balance them on the whale, put them on the rods, count and study the colors, go fishing (our favorite) and learn how to use pliers. My only suggestion is that you keep an eye on this toy when your child is still in the mouth stage as the fish are small enough to be classified as a choking hazard.
