I wish they'd stop advertising these type of socks as heated. They are NOT heated. They are insulated, and decently done, but that also makes these socks super thick.You will not be able to wear these with regular shoes. These are more for wearing around the house alone or with slippers, or inside boots that you generally wear two pairs of socks in.These are warmer in my insulated boots than other socks, and they are soft and comfortable. Though the toe seam is a little thick because of the material, so watch out for pressure and pinching.Though they do run a bit big, so if you're just wearing them around the house the toe seam won't be an issue.Unfortunately I have to roll them down. I just can't get them over my calf comfortably, and if I do they never stay. They do fit nicely folded down though, and at least the inside looks cute and fuzzy.At the time of this review there was no retail cost listed, but these are on par with all the others of this style to don't pay too much.
