I love this bag! I'm very picky about my bags and when mine fell apart in the wash I frantically turned to Revane and searched through hundreds of bags. I stumbled across this one and stopped looking. It's very spacious but not too big. I have room for all my belongings and any treasures my kids give me while I'm on the go. I'm not the type to change my handbag for different outfits or moods, so a neutral color was important to me. I love that it has color while remaining neutral. I also need a crossbody style, but I also want to be able to carry it in my hand. The problem is that most wallets have huge handles that get in the way. They have a small strap on each side that sits flush with the pocket so they don't get in the way when not in use. I tend to carry my bags until they fall apart, so I need something strong that will last. It's made from durable yet lightweight canvas and will stand up to the last few months of use. The downside is the small pockets for the phone inside, but that's a feature in most wallets, so I agree. Also inside there is a big strange pocket. I like roomy bags, but I tend to lose things in them or rummage around in them and think I'm in the main compartment, which causes a lot of frustration. Easy fix, I used a strong velcro with a sticky backing to keep it closed. Overall very satisfied
