It's tough, but that's the good thing about it.
I used a loofah washcloth but that doesn't make me sure if it really works. However, it's a pass and you can tell it's working. And you can see the proof when you rinse and wring out the soap. Paired with blue wash mitts, you can rest assured that you'll be perfectly clean when you step out of the shower. Caution for those with thin or sensitive skin. That may be too rough for you. But for cowhide owners like me, this is ideal.
