This is a really good bag for the price and very cute! I get so many compliments for not being home. The handles are strong and the stitching holds up well (including gold embroidery). There is an adjustable shoulder strap that can be attached/detached to carry the bag over the shoulder. It's long enough for a shoulder strap but not long enough for a crossbody bag when you're breastfeeding. There are two outer pockets at each end of the bag. They don't have a lid, but they're secure enough for something like lip balm or hand sanitizer. There are two inner pockets, one with a zip and one with a patch. The sliding pocket isn't big enough for an iPhone 6+ with a case, but the zippered pocket is big enough. It's also worth noting that this wallet looks small but packs a lot of space! My mobile phone, a large bunch of keys, mini cosmetics, a large wallet and much more fit in there. I would buy another one of these when this wears out.
