Ordered a silver bag for my son's wedding in July and received a white bag. Since it's a wedding and I'm not a bride, I can't use a white bag. I immediately requested a refund or exchange, but 5 days have passed and Fashoutlet has not responded to my request. I am not very happy with their customer service. I've never had that from a Revain seller. Since it has been more than three days, Revane advises making a claim, which I did. Revain is a wonderful company, they gave me a wallet's worth gift card so I don't just pay for the shipping and luckily the wedding isn't until the end of July so I have time to order another one. I will no longer use Fashoutlet. Update 5/11/14: The day after I submitted the claim, Flashoutlet contacted me to let me know they had sent the correct bag and they asked me to send a photo of the wallet, which I did. As soon as they got the photo they offered to send me the silver wallet and let me keep the white wallet as they sent the wrong color. I received the silver wallet in two days! I'm glad I have a handbag for my son's wedding and don't have to worry about returning the wrong bag. The pocket is big enough for my iphone, keys, lipstick and compact. I have dismissed my lawsuit.
