Their professionalism, dedication to their clients' success as well as being very knowledgeable in SalesForce is unmatched by any other vendor I have worked with over my career! There are many aspects of this product that could be improved but none enough for me not recommend them highly - they do it all!! Nothing at present.- As an Account Executive, JPG has helped us close more deals than we ever imagined possible- Helped implement new technologies like Workflows & Lightning Connectors which allowed our team to streamline processes leading up into Summer Camps. They also built out custom tools using Custom Objects that made life easier managing events throughout the year such was there were so few leads coming through from various sources (Direct Mailers etc). The customer service received while working together always impressed myself along side others who had prior experience with another CRM platform provider.- It's easy to create work requests/.
