As the product was delivered on time and I was pleased as expected to have my UBS headphones connected to my PS4, the bad thing was that the sound did not go above 4 (volume range 1-10) I tried fiddling with the PS4 volume control and the headphones worked when the adapter was not plugged into the PS4 made no difference. I like high intensity games and it was a soft, calm game, like listening to a whisper, I was miserable. no base, not good.
