Dissatisfied with the Overall Quality of seOSTO Products

I'm sorry to say it, but as a product manager, I have to admit that I'm dissatisfied with the standard of the products that seOSTO has to offer. It may appear that they have an outstanding selection of clothing, shoes, jewelry, handbags, and wallets; however, the reality is that the majority of their products are of poor quality and do not live up to customer expectations. The stitching on their clothing is typically poor, and the materials they use for their garments are frequently thin and flimsy. I've also observed that the majority of their shoes become unwearable after only a few uses, and the majority of their jewelry rapidly becomes tarnished. Their wallets and backpacks do not have the expected level of durability, and the zippers frequently become jammed or break. In addition to that, the team that handles customer support for them has provided me with some poor experiences. They can be difficult to get in touch with at times, and even when I was able to do so, the representatives I spoke with were not especially helpful in addressing the problems I was having. In general, while seOSTO does provide a large selection of products, the quality of those products leaves much to be desired despite the fact that seOSTO does offer a broad selection of products. As the manager of the product, I am unable to endorse them to customers who place a premium on longevity and quality in their apparel purchases.

Pros
  • reasonable costs.
Cons
  • Some products tend to run small while others run large.
