2. It's an update!; Why I Switched to 5 Stars: After contacting customer service via email, this seller went out of their way to ensure I was a happy customer. And that's why I won't hesitate to buy from them again! If you use this simple air gun and follow the instructions to lubricate every few minutes, it just won't work anymore! I installed new deck vinyl for my pontoon. With SS staples on the edge and I loved it! When it worked, it was great! Passed a box of 1000 staples. Started attaching vinyl to the back of the boat and it just stopped popping. After following the repair guide for the tea I was never able to get it to work. After replacing all the o-rings for all the burners on the cylinders, checking the trigger and getting more than enough air pressure, I just couldn't get it to work. That's why I give 3 stars. I would not recommend this item to anyone who needs a pneumatic stapler for more than 4 months.
