Very cleansing and soothing, yet moisturizing at the same time. This toner brightens skin and helps keep it balanced throughout the day. This toner has an almost very light sweet scent, although any smell will disappear within a few seconds. It feels thin yet very smooth when applied to the skin. Tightens the pores and nourishes the skin. It feels like there's a microscopic layer of some sort of moisture barrier on the face protecting it. Pretty good and suitable for all skin types, especially normal to dry skin. Those with oily skin might also like this, but I'd suggest trying this out first. Should be safe for people with sensitive skin.
