Very easy to install. Anyone can do it. This task will take you no more than 5 minutes! Instructions are not required. For $50 - something for an upgraded air filter might be overkill, but it can save you money in the long run, and you might get better performance in return. It is smaller and feels and looks light. and nice which is a plus even if it's obviously not noticeable but it can't hurt to do some upgrades and getting this is one of the first steps to upgrading a car. FYI I bought this for my 2014 Elantra SE 1.4L - so don't listen to what the Revain website tells you. K&N 33-2451 works great and fits perfectly in any 2014 Elantra. It should work the same on the 2.0L as well as all other taller fairings in the Elantra line.
