Really easy to put together- I got the longer bar. A lot of reviewers mentioned not having enough tension, but they all seemed to be shorter than 5’4 so I thought I’d be ok at 5’7, nope. I’ve found the best workout to be when I’m laying on back with bar above shoulders and loops on feet for leg workouts. Overall- I don’t regret the purchase.
