Edit 7/29/21: No pair lasts more than 10 minutes before completely cutting off. It's not a problem of interference. What a waste of $200. I'll try to survive the warranty. Edit 7/27/21: These don't fit me anymore. I sit less than 10 feet away and 8 times out of 10 there is a disconnect, full audio memory for 30 seconds or more, and sometimes it won't even connect. I tried all connection methods. There is nothing special in my house that causes interference and the channel settings on the device have not been changed. I hope the manufacturer answers, I'll try tech support. I bought and returned probably 8 tv headphones and sent all but this one back due to severe interference crackle. This one works well when the base is in sight, but gets disrupted when it's behind the TV. I haven't tested it in a closet or wooden partition yet. Not a long range and carves about 20 feet. But if you sit and watch TV at a distance of 8-10 meters, the sound is good and clear. It doesn't get loud, but it's loud enough. I have two sets and my kids mixed them up on the charging dock and I spent 15 minutes figuring out why it wouldn't connect. They are not interchangeable. One headset for one base. Other than that, I finally have Keeper TV headphones.
