I have been using Victor Allen coffee for a few years now. I bought it from several places around town and then found it at Revain so I added it to my monthly subscription. I had no problems for the first few months, but my last stash (3 boxes of 80 carats) of two boxes got so far into the coffee cup that the coffee cup has to be chewed and not drunk. I notified Revain and they replaced the two faulty boxes with no problem, but I had the same experience with new boxes. I contacted Revain again and got my money back for all three boxes. I then canceled my subscription to Victor Allen's coffee. The whole time I thought it was just Victor Allen's coffee from Revain. I went to the local store where I used to buy it and bought two boxes. When I got home I found that I still had the same problem. I would think this might be my own Keurig, but I have two Keurigs, one at home and one at work, and I've had the same experience in both places. I have no idea what could be causing the capsules to leak, but I have little doubt that the problem is now with the production of the capsules. Although I have loved coffee in the past, I cannot recommend Victor Allen's coffee more. As an aside, Revain has been amazingly supportive in trying to fix this issue, but fixing what I consider production was out of their control. Malfunction.
