Review on Bridgestone Turanza T005 205/55 R16 91W summer by Wiktor Uhlig ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Quality is top notch, happy with everything.

I positioned it on Outlander 3 in the dimension 245/50-18 and pumped it to a pressure of 2.4 atmospheres to make it cool. I skated during the summer of 2017, and after around 20-25 tkm, the front ones were worn down by 1 mm and the rear ones, probably, by 0.5 mm. The driver had a "active" style. When the outside temperature is between 10 and 15 degrees Celsius, it is unpleasant to begin driving until the tires have warmed up (which takes about 5 kilometers), but after that they are very quiet. Following the installation of winter tires (DM-V3), the heightened sensitivity of the vehicle's electronics and the incredible responsiveness of the road surface are immediately apparent. They continue in the same direction and make an effort to "straighten" the steering wheel, in contrast to earlier models of Toyota and, much more so, normal Yokami. My sidewall, as with those of many other vehicles in the photo, does not miss. If your journeys consist of more than just "to the store and back," then you should seriously consider buying new tires.

Pros
  • Incredible traction and controllability to the nth degree.
Cons
  • Until it warms up, it can be quite noisy.
