I have had the product for more than a week. Useless is too weak a word for that. I had to summon fighters. The home of these creatures was only 1 meter away from the network-connected device, and it didn't even bother them. There were 3 bathrooms in a room of 4 square meters. No effect. Was it due to the voltage difference 120V IS 220V EU and because the US plug was installed internally for US voltage? No idea, but money wasted. The product is small and light. Just hooked up the first one. The big problem was that it was supposed to have EU plugs as it was going to EU but no, US plugs. So now I have to drive about 20 miles to a shop that sells US to EU converters. If the description says you only have US size plugs, I would order converters in a heartbeat. I hope this doesn't only apply to the American 120 volt network, otherwise it will burn out in Spain at 240 volts
