Great experience so far... worth investing into

I like that it allows me to track calls from all my different companies using one app - no more multiple apps for tracking! It requires some learning though, but once you get used too its great value and saves lots of time compared with other solutions out there in this space (eVital). If looking at alternatives then give them an opportunity first as they are often pretty expensive which can be hard when your small business is just getting started or struggling initially. Tracking incoming customer phone conversations - saving precious minutes spent calling back customers who don't pick up their callbacks vs having missed opportunities and potential sales lost due to poor follow-up actions after initial sale/lead capture through cold emails etc. It is very intuitive and easy to use. It has a very good customer service, and all of my questions get answered in a timely manner. It can be a little expensive but you do get what you pay for. I would recommend this product to anyone. It is very easy to use and have all of your billing information on one place. It also allows us to keep all of our accounting in one place. This is great for my accounting department, and I don't have to keep a spreadsheet for all of our transactions.

  • Great support team
  • Very simple system; everything works well together.
  • Allows integration into Gmail email account so we receive notification by text message whenever someone replies via SMS messaging instead if replying over regular mailbox.
  • We now know exactly where each person lives without needing GPS data

  • Good but not great
