Thought I had the level
. Where I needed to install the center screw was aligned with the stud. Got this screw, lined up and marked the holes for the outside screws, drilled the dowels and installed. and it is half an inch high from right side to left side. Holds my 20" soundbar well under the TV while I figure out how to fix it (are you trying to fix it and re-drill it, or move it 2" lower and patch all 3 previous holes?). There are 2 shelves left that are unused.
