I burned my gums, don't buy!
I applied the gel to my custom whitening trays and it immediately started burning my gums, I couldn't hold it for more than 10 seconds because it was so painful. I don't recommend it at all. I have used other products such as strips and of course whitening at the dentist and none of them had the same effect on me, I am very disappointed.
