Received the part and was able to install it with no problems, it fits perfectly in the space I removed the old part from. After installing the headlight in the car, it caught fire and hasn't gone out since. The reason I bought this part was because my headlight randomly turned off when turned on. I was pulled over by a police officer and that was enough to find out what the problem was. I only installed it for a few days but my light is still on. Recommendation: buy two and mount on both headlights. You will need to remove the bumper to remove the headlight unit so you can replace the ballast which is located on the underside of the unit and for the price you could do both so you don't have to redo all the work later. . Modified to Lexus ES350 2009.
